Refund and Returns Policy

All generators sold on Used Gensets India are pre-owned, tested, and sold for industrial and commercial use.

Returns:
Due to the nature of used industrial equipment, we do not accept returns once the generator has been delivered and installed.

Refunds:
Refunds are not applicable after successful delivery. In case of transit damage or mismatch from the agreed specifications, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting images or video.

Cancellations:
Order cancellations are permitted only before dispatch of the generator.

Inspection:
Customers are encouraged to inspect the generator specifications, condition, and test reports before purchase. By confirming the order, the customer agrees to the stated condition.
