Due to the nature of used industrial equipment, returns are generally not accepted after delivery and installation. However, we are committed to ensuring that the product delivered matches the agreed specifications and working condition.
Refunds are not applicable after successful delivery.
However, in the following cases, we will take appropriate action:
Transit damage
Significant mismatch from agreed specifications
Non-functional condition upon delivery
Any such issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.
Our team will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, which may include repair support, replacement (if applicable), or partial compensation.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellations are not permitted.
We strongly encourage customers to:

Request test reports
Conduct inspections (if feasible)
